Our onsite staff can provide technical assistance: sound, lighting video projection, production and simultaneous interpretation, and also logistical assistance: venue layouts, technical equipment, exhibitions, stands, catering and breaks (accommodating and dealing with caterers, tailor-made services), hostesses…
They design and produce presentations using a range of technical solutions designed to meet the level of service required for the event: from simply projecting presentations to preparing videos for multicasting.
The technical team provides complete audiovisual support.
The 600 m2 of multi-purpose space on the ground floor can hold up to 28 x 9 m2 stands and 32 x 6 m2 stands
The Congress Centre offers all-inclusive solutions including fully equipped stands.
We can arrange sit-down meals for up to 500 people and buffets and cocktail parties for 690 people.
We also provide coffee breaks and a bar which can be extended onto an outdoor terrace.
Meals can also be arranged in Aix Old Town and on the famous Cours Mirabeau (less than 10 minutes on foot from the Congress Centre).
