FIRST CONTACT
We are here to answer your questions and help you assess the feasibility of your project at the Aix-en-Provence Convention Centre.
This is an important stage, as it leads to the production of a quotation and an initial layout plan for your event. Our team can provide technical and logistical assistance.
In order to offer you the best possible support, we invite you to fill in our online form.
Do you need a letter of support from the City of Aix-en-Provence?
We can help you obtain one.
BEFORE THE EVENT
Once the quote has been signed and the 1st instalment paid, your file is sent to our project manager. She will be your sole contact until the end of the event.
At this stage, you will review your file with her. If your project has evolved, it is still possible to make adjustments.

DURING THE EVENT
Our project manager will be on hand throughout your event.
Got a problem on the day? She’ll be at your side to find a solution and liaise with all the suppliers involved in your event.
AFTER THE EVENT
You won’t just get the bill. As part of an ISO 20121 initiative, we are committed to making progress. You will receive a satisfaction survey at the end of your event.
